Order Processing & Handcrafted Lead Times

At Mama’s Made It, every item is handcrafted with care. Because we make your items to order, please note the following timelines:

• Production Time: It takes us 3–5 business days to create your custom items.

• Processing & Packaging: Once your item is ready, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for us to quality-check and package your order for safe transit.

Total Lead Time: Orders typically ship within 4–7 business days of purchase. You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic & International Shipping

For international orders, please note that the customer is responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mamasmadeit@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
